About
Gillian Driscoll
HEY THERE! I'm Gillian Driscoll, founder of Gillian Jean Creative. Live music, imaginative storytelling and generating a positive impact are a few of my passions. I’m fueled by a daily routine of matcha and yoga.
Through social media consulting, tailored events, and brand partnerships, I bring stories to life and foster authentic and lasting relationships within the digital media landscape.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and spent my initial post-grad days at Central Park Summer Stage, helping plan the 25th Anniversary season. Following Summer Stage, I served as the Communications Director at the independent jazz label, Motéma Music. Three years later I moved to the music – and entrepreneur – capital of the world, Austin, TX, to launch my business, Sound Dessert. In 2017 I moved to Los Angeles to continue pursuing my passions in entertainment and in 2022 I launched my re-brand, Gillian Jean Creative.
I’ve had the honor of working with a range of individuals and businesses in the music and film industry and beyond. Clients including: Academy Award and Emmy Award–winning filmmaker Freida Lee Mock, Academy Award-winning filmmaker Terry Sanders, the RUTH: Justice Ginsburg In Her Own Words documentary, plus Culture Collide, Vision Films, Rock & Roll Fantasy Camp, and musicians like Cowboy Diplomacy, Culture Wars, WYO and many more.
